Meet The Results Realty Team

Cindy Perttu Broker/Owner, CRS, GRI Real Estate Consultant cp.results@gmail.com Cell: 208.791.7771
Hello! My name is Cindy Perttu. My family is very important to me, we love camping, fishing, white water rafting, skiing, gardening, cooking, and hiking. My husband of 26 years, Kari, was born in Finland.

Our son, Brian, just completed his geology degree at Western Washington University. Trigger is our “pound rescue” dog, who loves to go for walks, which we usually do early in the morning. Our routine is to walk around our neighborhood with Sue and Buddy.
George, the cat, is so curious! It was relatively easy picking a name for him because he was into everything, drawers, closets, cabinets, etc. He likes to open the cabinets and go inside, just to see what is there. And he loves to play ball.
I became a realtor 20+ years ago, after experiencing transactions which were very stressful, and knew that I could do a better job! I am licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. In 1996, I started Results Realty in Asotin, and worked mostly alone for several years, and mainly work referrals from satisfied customers and clients. There was more business than I could handle alone, so I cloned myself into The Results Realty Team. We work together, helping one another, and have fun doing it! Our main goal is to help you find the perfect home to buy at the best price and terms, and to help you get your house sold in the shortest amount of time for the best price. We constantly monitor the market, and make it available for you on our website.
We love hearing from you! You are the heart of our business, and it is so nice to have you stop by just to say “hello”.

Tammy Brown-Thomason Realtor® tammybrown@cableone.net Cell: 208.790.3007
Licensed in Washington and Idaho
Hi, my name is Tammy Brown-Thomason. I have been a licensed real estate agent for Idaho and Washington since 2006. I enjoy working as a committed agent for my clients and finding them the perfect home if they are buying or making their home stand out above the rest when it is time to sell.
I grew up and graduated from high school in Coeur d’ Alene, but since 1988 have called Lewiston home. I enjoy all things outdoors and love all that the Valley has to offer from fishing and jet boating the rivers, camping and snowmobiling in the mountains to horseback riding area trails. In May of 2008, I married my best friend, Rollie Thomason in Jamaica.
Together we own and raise Friesian horses and colored sport horses which has become known as "Rockin' T Friesians". You can check out more on the horses on my website at: www.rockintfriesians.net

Steve Knight Realtor® steveknight3@gmail.com Cell: 208.305.7007
Hello, my name is Steve Knight. I am a 39 year old father of 3 girls (ages 2, 8 and 17). There were 11 children in my mother’s family, 10 in my father’s and 10 in my own. My grandfathers on both sides homesteaded this area in the early 1900’s. Being a 3rd generation native I know this area, along with the people, intimately. I have always been involved in sales and I love people. These factors helped me become one of the top 5 realtors in our MLS over the last 5 years. Let me put my experience and personality to work for you. I have been extensively trained in the art of negotiation. I enjoy doing what is best for my clients in all circumstances and have been financially rewarded for doing so. My little brother (Galeon Knight) is my partner and a very competent realtor as well. Feel free to contact myself or Galeon with any of your real estate needs. Thanks for your time, Steve

Remodeling and Renovations >Show And Sell
Real estate agents are often asked "What is the best way to show and sell a home?" Almost every agent can tell you a story about meeting with a prospective seller who has just completed a lot of work to prepare their home for the market. It can be difficult for a real estate agent to tell the seller that their renovations were not the best changes to effectively market their home.
If you are considering making any improvements prior to selling your home, the best advice is to consult with your agent before you make any changes. An experienced real estate agent can provide you with information that can help you decide what kind of improvements will set the stage for a sale. Whether it is paint and wallpaper, remodeling the bathrooms, or updating the kitchen, your real estate agent can guide you toward "neutral" choices which can assist the buyer's imagination.
