Hello! My name is Cindy Perttu. My family is very important to me, we love camping, fishing, white water rafting, skiing, gardening, cooking, and hiking. My husband of 26 years, Kari, was born in Finland.

Our son, Brian, just completed his geology degree at Western Washington University. Trigger is our “pound rescue” dog, who loves to go for walks, which we usually do early in the morning. Our routine is to walk around our neighborhood with Sue and Buddy.
George, the cat, is so curious! It was relatively easy picking a name for him because he was into everything, drawers, closets, cabinets, etc. He likes to open the cabinets and go inside, just to see what is there. And he loves to play ball.
I became a realtor 20+ years ago, after experiencing transactions which were very stressful, and knew that I could do a better job! I am licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. In 1996, I started Results Realty in Asotin, and worked mostly alone for several years, and mainly work referrals from satisfied customers and clients. There was more business than I could handle alone, so I cloned myself into The Results Realty Team. We work together, helping one another, and have fun doing it! Our main goal is to help you find the perfect home to buy at the best price and terms, and to help you get your house sold in the shortest amount of time for the best price. We constantly monitor the market, and make it available for you on our website.
We love hearing from you! You are the heart of our business, and it is so nice to have you stop by just to say “hello”.

Licensed in Washington and Idaho
Hi, my name is Tammy Brown-Thomason. I have been a licensed real estate agent for Idaho and Washington since 2006. I enjoy working as a committed agent for my clients and finding them the perfect home if they are buying or making their home stand out above the rest when it is time to sell.
I grew up and graduated from high school in Coeur d’ Alene, but since 1988 have called Lewiston home. I enjoy all things outdoors and love all that the Valley has to offer from fishing and jet boating the rivers, camping and snowmobiling in the mountains to horseback riding area trails. In May of 2008, I married my best friend, Rollie Thomason in Jamaica.
Together we own and raise Friesian horses and colored sport horses which has become known as "Rockin' T Friesians". You can check out more on the horses on my website at: www.rockintfriesians.net

Remodeling and Renovations >Water Problems
Sometimes there are defects in a house that the homeowners no longer notice, such as small leaks in the roof or a basement that only gets damp when it rains. When the house is on the market, they don't have a real sense of urgency about having such defects repaired. The real estate agent feels quite differently, however.
When buyers are deciding which houses deserve serious consideration, any kind of water problem may appear to be much more detrimental than it really is. The sellers may regard a damp basement as simply a sign that it's time to clean the gutters or check the soil buildup around the house or a leaking roof as a call for new flashing. But to someone who has never owned a home, these defects can be taken as signs that the house may not fulfill their primary need for shelter from "the elements." Renters may be perfectly willing to live in a home with minor water problems, but buyers are likely to pass up the same house if they think it won't keep them perfectly dry.
